We had a tight budget and some exacting, but not impossible, specifications. We had a standing date to view houses with Andrea Gonzalez every Friday night for a couple of months. She set up all the viewings whenever we needed them and was even able to add some the day they popped up on the market. We saw probably 50 houses and went through 6 different offers before we completed the process. Andrea made everything very quick and easy and always had a suggestion on how to proceed in our best interest. She was a lot of fun to work with and she coordinated with us, the loan officer, the title company, and the seller's agent to push the closing through even though we didn't get the appraisal back until the absolute last minute!
